Email advice service Terms

You can usually expect a 72-hour response time for your email. It is not a replacement for a clinical doctor-patient consultation as would be provided by an NHS or private GP . It does not involve arranging any tests or drug treatment. You should discuss any recommendations arising out of the emails, including tests or treatment, with your registered GP. It is not for urgent queries and you should discuss these with your GP surgery or specialist as usual or call 111 (or 999 in an emergency). I operate a discretionary reasonable use policy and will recommend where else you might seek help if it’s not appropriate for this service.
